What type of packaging do you use?

Framed items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.

 

When will my art arrive?

You can estimate the delivery time by adding the processing and delivery times. Usually 2 weeks to allow for bespoke framing.

 

How do I track my order?

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your purchase is collected by the courier, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

 

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery charges are £12.50 no matter how many items you order.

 

Is my package insured?

All parcels are insured by the carrier whilst in transit.

 

What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate delivery?

In order to offer you the lowest delivery rates, we combine similar items in one delivery subject to framing times.  If a frame style is delayed, we will contact you to advise. This should not affect your delivery charges.

 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO and BFPO boxes due to item size restrictions.

 

What is your returns policy?

We only accept returns if the wrong item was sent or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition.

Email a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the delivery container to studio@deborahhusk.co.uk.. Please include in the email: your order number, the delivery ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 7 days of receipt. Your request will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Who pays for return delivery charges?

If the goods are faulty and we have photographic evidence, we will arrange for the item to be collected.

 

How are refunds made?

Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.  Refunds will be made once we have received the goods in their original packaging.

 

Can I have an exchange ?

We are unable to offer exchanges unless the goods are faulty.

 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept PayPal.  Please contact us by email/phone if you do not have a PayPal account.

 

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team by emailing studio@deborahhusk.co.uk . We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped.

 

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

Yes... But please be aware that all computer screens differ slightly in colour representation!.
