Purchase and Delivery Guide
We want your experience of purchasing artwork to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here you’ll find answers to common questions about ordering, framing, delivery, and returns. Each piece is carefully packaged and handled to ensure it reaches you beautifully presented and in perfect condition.

Framed items are carefully protected and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame securely in position during transit.

Please allow approximately two weeks for delivery, which includes processing and bespoke framing time.

You can check the status of your order at any time using your order number and email address. Once your item has been collected by the courier, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number.

Delivery is a flat rate of £12.50, regardless of how many items you order.

Yes. All parcels are fully insured by our carrier while in transit.

To keep delivery costs low, we combine similar items in one shipment, subject to framing times. If any frame style is delayed, we’ll contact you with an update. This will not affect your delivery charge.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO or BFPO boxes due to item size restrictions. description

We accept returns only if the wrong item has been sent or if your artwork arrives damaged or in poor condition.
Please email a photo of the item and packaging to studio@deborahhusk.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, including your order number, item ID, a short description of the issue, and whether you’d like a replacement or refund. We’ll confirm next steps by email. -
If the goods are faulty and we have photographic evidence, we’ll arrange collection at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method once we receive the returned goods in their original packaging.

We’re unable to offer exchanges unless the goods are faulty.

We accept PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, please contact us by email or phone to arrange alternative payment.

You can cancel an order that hasn’t yet been dispatched by emailing studio@deborahhusk.co.uk and quoting your order number. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders that have already shipped.

Yes, but please note that screen settings vary, so colours may differ slightly from what you see online.
